Rehabbing residential properties since 1994, Keitha's vision to transform dilapidated residences has contributed to rebuilding communities throughout San Diego County. She believes investing in established neighborhoods is beneficial in many ways, including the incorporation of modern living floor plans and conveniences to dated structures for families to enjoy. There is much more work to be done and KG Design & Build is taking on the challenge.
